Our Return Policy
We want you to love every product from Ah Taste of Home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis to ensure your safety and satisfaction.
Eligible for Refund
- Items that arrived damaged, broken, or leaking
- Products that were incorrect (wrong item shipped)
- Orders that never arrived (after carrier investigation)
- Items with visible quality defects upon opening
- Sealed, unopened products within 30 days of delivery
Not Eligible for Refund
- Opened food products (unless defective)
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer
- Change of mind on non-defective items
