Shipping Policy

At AH Taste of Home, we are committed to delivering authentic Caribbean products to your door as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order’s weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

We currently ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and other reputable delivery services.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:

Pennsylvania Local Delivery (where available): 1–2 business days
U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
U.S. Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days (when selected)

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.

Local Delivery

Local delivery may be available in select areas of Eastern Pennsylvania. If your address qualifies, this option will appear during checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. AH Taste of Home is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier’s responsibility.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:

The shipping box
The damaged product(s)
The shipping label

We will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. International shipping may become available in the future.
